Sales Policy
We truly care about our bunnies and their well-being in their new homes. It's important to us that both you and your new pet are happy. Please take some time to learn about their needs before bringing one home.
When you decide to purchase a rabbit from Fluffy Bunny’s Rabbitry, you agree to follow all the terms of our Sales Policy outlined below.
1. We sell to pet-homes only - We want our bunnies to go where they will be loved as a companion and to be a part of the family! We do not sell our bunnies to be used for breedings, competing in shows, tables, judges or for them to do tricks.
2. Deposits & Payments - To hold a bunny, we require a deposit via Venmo or CashApp, which is first come, first served. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
The deposit indicates your commitment to purchase a specific bunny. Therefore, it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied to another bunny.
Please be prepared and on time to pick up your bunny on the agreed-upon date. We value everyone's time and hope you can respect ours as well. If an emergency arises and you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date.
If you wish to reschedule and pick up your bunny after the agreed date, the remaining balance will be required upfront to maintain your reservation.
3. Local Pickup/Delivery - For the safety of our family and our bunnies, our rabbitry is closed to the public. We meet our customers at a safe public location in Orlando, FL 32819 (address and pickup instructions will be provided once the deposit is received). Alternatively, we offer delivery within 30 miles for a standard fee of $89.
4. Outside of Florida - Don't worry if you're out of state—we have many out-of-state customers, and we can help make the process smooth for you. You can fly to MCO and fly back with your bunny; just be sure to double-check with the airline for reservation and requirements.

5. Returns & ETC. - Please consider the responsibility of owning a pet before making a purchase. Do research on the Netherland Dwarf breed and be prepared with the necessary setup, including a hutch/playpen, housing, hay, food pellets, water bottle, and chew toys.
To minimize the risk of exposure to outside diseases, we cannot take back a bunny once it leaves our home for any reason. After the rabbit leaves our care, we are not responsible for any injury, illness, or death of the rabbit. Additionally, we are not liable for how the new owner chooses to care for the rabbit or any mistakes made in its care, handling, and health. Any potential veterinary fees incurred during the life of the rabbit, including spaying/neutering, health checkups, vaccines, medical treatments, deworming, nail trimming, grooming, etc., are solely the responsibility of the owner.
We do not guarantee show ability, fertility, temperament, size, weight, gender, fur type, or coat color as the rabbit matures.
We won't sell to anyone under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult who will be committed to the rabbit's care and well-being. As a parent or guardian, you are fully responsible for the rabbit's care and supervision around pets, children, and others.
